Who does not love Japanese food? Ok, there might be some people, but many do love it. Heard of Food and Wine Pairing? Well what about a Tea and Japanese Food Pairing? If this intrigues you then instructor Jennifer Nowicki has just the right event for you. She is Wisconsin's only certified tea specialist since 2009 from the Specialty Tea Institute. She has taught classes at Froedtert Medical College, St Norbert's College, NW Tea Festival, Girl Scout Leadership Conference, Brown County Library, part of a tea class in an Indian Tea School, and Appleton Library. Done tea and food pairing for Amery Ale Works, NW Tea Festival, Cannery, etc.... This will involve 5 different teas paired with 5 different Japanese foods, including a dessert to highlight and enhance the tea and food. To learn more about Jennifer please visit her website.
