Cook's Bio:
Tsubasa Kaneshi, born and raised in Okinawa Japan, arrived in Canada in 2019: "I've enjoyed cooking since I was kid because of my father who is an Okinawan traditional and Japanese cuisine chef". Tsubasa loves to try cooking anything from Japanese/Okinawan style dishes to other foods and traditions. Locally, he plays an Okinawan instrument called “sanshin”, which is a 3-string type of banjo covered in python skin!
