Soup: Japanese Mushroom Soup- Clear dashi broth with assorted mushrooms

Appetizer: Cucumber Salad- Spiral cut cucumber marinated in soy and sesame served with Pork filled dumplings.

Entrée: A Korean Rice Bowl- White rice with carrots, spinach, bean sprouts, zucchini, pickled daikon, topped with marinated soft-boiled egg and Korean BBQ Chicken
