January Tour of Elizabeth Gamble Garden: Inspired by Water

Step back in time to explore the life of Elizabeth Gamble and her historic gardens. This 90-minute guided tour starts on the front steps of the house at 1431 Waverley Street in Palo Alto.

Our January in-depth focus is water. We’ll reflect on Gamble’s long gone well and water tank, the optimism of watershed gardening, our tranquil fountains, and some surprising irrigation methods.

This tour is appropriate for adults and children age 10 and up.
