Everyone 13 and older is invited to join us for our Sunday afternoon fitness classes in January, LIIT with Melissa, at 2pm. Class dates are January 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th. LIIT is a low impact cardio strength fitness class that combines cardiovascular training with strength and conditioning exercises to improve overall fitness and use weights, resistance bands, or body weight. This class is included with your Fitness Pass or you can try your first class for FREE. You don't have to register for this event.
