Participants are seated in chairs.

Participants are invited to set intentions at the start of the meditation, focusing on qualities they wish to embody in 2026. These intentions are not rigid goals but gentle seeds planted in the soil of awareness. Using sound vibrations as carriers, each intention is infused wit resonance--whether it is cultivating peace, courage, creativity or balance. The practice encourages participants t revisit these intentions throughout the month, allowing them to evolve naturally as momentum builds.
