Join Jodi Neumann for one hour of relaxation and nervous system healing! Jodi uses a variety of instruments to include crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums to create an immersive soundscape to nourish your mind, body and spirit.
Cost: $20
Props included - mats, blankets, and bolsters are available for your use
Props to bring - feel free to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, sleep mask or any other item that will enhance your comfort
