Start your year centered & strong while also supporting TWO local businesses in January! Join us at Sage Bird as we kick off 2026 with January Reset Yoga sessions — 4 yoga classes a week designed to help you reset your body and mind, embrace connection, and feel strong. Find your focus through mindful movement and breathwork, then stay afterward for community and drinks in the taproom.
January Schedule
-Sundays, 10am, Slow Flow, rotating instructor
-Mondays, 6:15pm, Slow Flow with Allyson Scott
-Tuesdays, 6:15pm, Vinyasa Yoga with Chrissy G
-Thursdays, 5:45pm, Core & Pour Strength with Amelia Bayer
Classes are $13 and include a drink (cidermosas, mocktails, hot cider & hot toddies, and draft cider or wine)

Class Details
Slow Flow, Sundays 10am with rotating instructors from The Center Collective Yoga Studio
Beginner Yoga at the Bar! It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that can rest your mind and strengthen your body. In partnership with The Center Yoga, a local studio in downtown Harrisonburg, an instructor will guide you through poses and exercises that focus on small, extended movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and flexibility.
After the class, your registration includes 1 glass of cider, a cidermosa, or nonalcoholic drink in our taproom. No experience is necessary, but please bring your own yoga mat.
Slow Flow, Mondays 6:15pm with Allyson Scott
In Slow Flow, students may experience sequencing that will move them fluidly from one posture to the next or sometimes take longer within each posture. This all-levels flow class will release stress, stretch and tone the body, help us to rebalance, and get students ready to transition gracefully from the busy day into a peaceful evening through awareness of the body.
Vinyasa Yoga, Tuesdays 6:15pm with Chrissy G
Breathe and move in unison! This class will follow the foundations of vinyasa yoga by combining breath work and yoga postures. No yoga experience necessary, you're able to go at your own pace the entire time! We'll build strength, balance, and flexibility with this fun flowing class that will conclude with a restful meditation.
Core & Pour, Thursdays 5:45pm with Amelia Bayer
Join us Thursday evening for a high energy class to refill your cup midweek. Core and Pour is a fusion of yoga, pilates, and barre helping us strengthen the trunk of our bodies. We will work through a series of both standing exercises as well as exercises on your mat. All classes will be low impact with scaling options so you can make choices based on what your body needs. The instructor will cue you through a series of flows designed to challenge you while not being overwhelming or intimidating. No experience in yoga, pilates, dance/barre, or workout classes is necessary! We love new faces. Come with a mat and get ready to leave feeling strong and energized.
