Saturday Afternoon: Solar Plexus; Teacher Practice + Integration
Sunday Morning: Heart & Throat; Embodied Practice
Sunday Afternoon: Third Eye & Crown; Teacher Practice + Integration
Purpose:
To introduce yoga teachers to the chakra system in a clear, approachable way and show them how to begin incorporating chakra-based themes, cueing, and sequencing into their classes. This training provides foundational understanding and simple, practical tools teachers can apply right away, while laying the groundwork for deeper study if they choose.
