As we land on the other side of the holidays, our bodies are often asking for a little recalibration — a gentle clearing of the slate, a soft return to ourselves, and a moment to choose the kinds of connections that truly nourish us.
Join us for a cozy evening of unwinding, breathing, and reconnecting with what feels good and supportive. Think: post-holiday exhale meets New Year reset.
We’ll move through an easy, guided breathwork journey designed to soothe the nervous system, release built-up tension, and help your whole system reboot. Expect relaxed receiving, therapeutic touch and energy clearing, and an awesome music + soundscape to hold you like a magic carpet for the ride.
Come solo, come with a friend — no experience needed, all are genuinely welcome.
