A self-love centered flow focused on softening, releasing tension, and creating space emotionally and physically. Expect heart-openers, hip releases, and affirmations.

You’ll leave feeling: lighter, supported, and in your heart.

WEEK 4 – January 25th

✨RESET THE SPIRIT

A gentle flow and mini-sound bath to realign your energy, call in your intentions, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

You’ll leave feeling: uplifted, aligned, and spiritually reset.
