Guest speaker in January is Cynthia Sanderson, Area Toastmaster Board Member, local Toastmaster Club President, and a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). A DTM is the highest educational achievement in Toastmasters International, recognizing members for their extensive public speaking and leadership skills. Cynthia will share how Toastmasters is more than speeches. She'll focus on 90 second elevator intros to talk about the Woman's Club in helping recruitment, how Toastmasters helps with leadership roles, and how even the most introverted person benefits from a bit of Toastmaster connecting.
