We will open with a heart-opening cacao ceremony to soften, receive, and release what no longer serves, followed by a soul-soothing sound journey with Songbird to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
We will close with an intentional seasonal craft, anchoring our visions into the body and spirit while honoring slow growth and the quiet power of beginning anew.
