Join WaterWays for the first Nature by the Pint of 2026 on January 21 (at The Greenhouse on MLK) with Anne Kitchen, Director of Education at Chattanooga Zoo. Anne will share about her research expedition with the Alabama Aquatic Biodiversity Center on their mission to restock and recover endangered freshwater mussels in the Conasauga and Hiwassee Rivers. This work, funded by the DCNR is vital to aquatic biodiversity, stream health, and understanding the connections between mollusks, host fish populations, and humans. We can't wait to see you there!
