JANUARY MUSIC MEDITATION
Dreams: A Fleetwood Mac & Stevie Nicks Night of Healing, Music & Meditation
An Immersive Journey of Intuition, Transformation & Mystical Music
Monday, January 25 | 6:30–8:00 PM
$30 per person | With Jessica Kozak Shaw
Start the year surrounded by the unmistakable music of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks during an immersive evening that combines music, meditation, healing, imagery, and a little nostalgia.
Our professional speakers and immersive projector system will transform the room as music fills the space and coordinating imagery, colors, landscapes, and visual effects move across the walls. Throughout the evening, Jessica will weave guided meditation, energy healing, sound healing, and periods of quiet reflection into the music.
Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks have created songs that speak to love, heartbreak, independence, intuition, change, and finding your way back to yourself. You may hear a familiar song and suddenly remember exactly where you were when you first loved it, while another song may take on an entirely different meaning at this point in your life.
This isn't a traditional meditation where you have to sit perfectly still, clear your mind, or worry about whether you're "doing it right." The music itself becomes part of the meditation and the fun of the evening is allowing yourself to experience familiar songs in a completely different environment.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket and create a comfortable space on the floor, or settle into one of our antigravity chairs. We have a limited number available, so you are also welcome to bring your own antigravity or zero-gravity chair.
Come get comfortable, enjoy some incredible music, and give yourself 90 minutes to relax, remember, reconnect, and dream.
