Join us for a joyful, heart-centered Drum Circle infused with the healing energy of Reiki. This uplifting gathering blends rhythm, meditation, energy healing, and community connection into a powerful and playful experience for the mind, body, and spirit.
Drumming has been used for centuries as a tool for healing, grounding, and spiritual connection. As we drum together, the steady rhythms help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create a natural meditative state. The vibrations of the drums move through the body, releasing stress, lifting mood, and restoring balance.
During the circle, Deidre will offer Reiki healing to the group, allowing participants to receive gentle, nurturing energy while immersed in the rhythm of the drums. This creates a deeply relaxing and soul-restoring experience that supports emotional release, grounding, and energetic alignment.
This is a fun, welcoming, and high-energy community gathering — no musical experience required. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to play, relax, and connect.
Bring your own drum or rattle if you have one.
A limited number of practice drums and rainsticks will be available.
