Our speaker this month is Josh Rhines, a commercial real estate investor and entrepreneur based in Missoula, Montana. He owns multiple local commercial properties, and has been an investor for many years. In addition to his real estate work, Josh is the founder of CubCloud AI and CubCloud Community, an initiative focused on bringing AI infrastructure and compute capabilities to Montana. He is developing an AI research and compute facility in Missoula with plans to support local innovation and business services.At this Meetup Josh will share insights from experience in commercial property investment and the lessons he's learned. He will also discuss his experience with early-stage tech infrastructure development. He will talk about how to evaluate commercial deals, navigate financing in today’s market, and practical lessons on integrating technology-driven business models into broader investment strategy.
