Join us for a bright beginning to the new year at First Friday at Mainframe Studios - January 2nd, 2026, from 5-8 PM! This special evening features DUALITIES, a multimedia exhibition exploring the tension and dialogue between conceptual and material opposites. The show pairs works that create contrast, conversation, and unexpected connections - highlighting the power of opposites in shaping perception and possibility.
In addition to the main exhibition, the 3rd Floor Gallery will showcase works by Dualities curators Geoffrey Paulline and Lauren Pesta.
Guests can also enjoy open studios, delicious food and beverages, live entertainment and an interactive art activity by Siriaco Garcia.
Open Studios: Mainframe is home to 180 studios, and on First Friday, guests can explore open art spaces throughout the building. Local artists welcome visitors to see their creative processes in action - from painting and sculpture to fiber and mixed media - offering a unique chance to go behind the scenes and connect with the makers.
