Join us Thursday, January 8 for our monthly meeting with guest speaker, Rich Hall with the talk, "Who Lived Here?" Artifacts from 3 periods ( geologic time, pre-history, and modern history) will be discussrd and examined along with stories on how they were found.
Rich Hall is a retired forester working with the USDA Forest Service 37 years. He worked through many disciplines during his career, and for the last 10 years, oversight of the Archeology program was one of them. Rich is married with 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. He enjoys mountain biking, metal detecting, fishing, birding, travel.
Our monthly chapter meetings are open to the public and you do not have to be a member to attend. They take place at the First United Methodist Church in Rolla at 7pm. We hope to see you!
