January Blues - 3 week online creative course

Welcome to January Blues - 3 weeks of creativity, working with the colour blue and shifting January blues!

Learn with the registered creative therapist and artist Honorata (www.artlysing.com).

2 live Zoom sessions plus one pre-recorded session in between:

Session 1 Zoom: 11th January 2025/Saturday 6pm London time

Session 2 pre-recorded: access given in a week between live sessions.

Session 3 Zoom: 26th January 2025/ Sunday 10am London time

We will work with the colour blue in variety of ways and media (list of materials included below) and recorded session will cover the cultural ways of navigating winter like Hygge, nature connection, work with gratitude and making winter the inner reflection time.

List of art materials: any art materials producing blue: crayons, paints, pastels- variety of shades of blue will be explored, brushes for paint, paper, pencil, pen, a piece of fabric or clothing in blue. Old magazines, scissors, lots of paper!
