January Bird Walk

Mass Audobon’s Brewster's Woods Wildlife Sanctuary in Concord features mixed forests, meadows, and riverside habitats creating the perfect spot for winter birding.We’ll take a leisurely, guided walk around the sanctuary to look for woodpeckers, raptors, and various species of waterfowl. The terrain will vary, but will remain mostly level with some moderate inclines. Dress for the weather. Boots are recommended. Traction devices or walking sticks might be handy.

This trip will be weather permitting. If needed, the walk leader may cancel the walk by 5pm on Friday. Please check your email before heading to the location on Saturday. As always, beginners are encouraged to join us! Limited loaner binoculars available. We will meet at the main parking area (slight left off Balls Hill Road following Mass Audubon signs).
