Start the new year strong with our January 31-Mile Fitness Challenge! Whether you're continuing your fitness goals or just starting your journey, this challenge is all about moving your body and prioritizing wellness. The goal is simple: walk, jog, or run a total of 31 miles over the course of the month. That’s just 1 mile a day—perfect for building a consistent routine and boosting your physical and mental health. This challenge is open to all ages and you are able to sign up at any point throughout the month!
How it works:
Register through the SBRP website (once registered you will receive the log sheet).
Track your miles—whether it's walking, running, or a combination of both.
Complete 1 mile each day or tackle multiple miles on days that work best for you.
Track your miles using the log sheet sent to your email after registration or by using a mile logging app like Strava, Nike Run Club, Coros, etc.
Share your progress and stay motivated throughout the month.
Submit your mile log sheet or send a screen shot of your mile logging app once you hit 31 miles to [email protected].
Encourage others, share tips, and inspire one another to hit the 31-mile mark by the end of the month.
Everyone who completes 31 miles over the course of the month will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a brand new Inspire 3 Fit Bit
Other weekly contest prizes will include: SBRP Gift Certificates, SBRP Prize Packs, and More!
Optional: send selfies throughout the month to [email protected] for us to post so that we can share your fun fitness journey!
