Please join heart2heartnc as we come together in community to reflect and remember the principles and actions that help us stay grounded during these challenging times—
non-violence, mindful awareness, courageous speech, respect, kindness and compassion.
This special event, featuring speakers, music, and mindful practices, will encourage us to cultivate the resilience and wisdom needed to respond to the uncertainty of what lies ahead. In the spirit of hope and healing, we will also draw on the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., whose life and legacy is honored on this inaugural day.
