Steven Bond has built a distinguished career in real estate and development, earning recognition as one of the top 10 producers across the entire RE/MAX International network for several years between 2010 and 2017, and holding the title of Utah’s top producer for seven consecutive years.
After his sales career, Steven co-founded a multifamily development company that attracted investors from around the world for projects across Utah, Idaho, Texas, and Arizona. That experience sharpened his ability to identify unmet needs in the market and transform them into lasting value for both investors and communities.
Transitioning from business leadership to volunteer service, Steven served as President of the Utah Central Association of REALTORS® in 2020 and on the Utah Association of REALTORS® executive team from 2023 to 2026, including as State President in 2025. Through this work, he recognized a critical gap in the housing system: while policymakers and city leaders were making strides, the development cycle itself lacked the structure and incentives needed to produce sustainable, attainable ownership.
As a father of five, Steven’s drive is deeply personal. He sees the consequences when rising generations postpone family formation and wealth-building because ownership feels out of reach. HomeOwnership4U was born from his conviction that housing must again serve as a foundation for stability, opportunity, and community.

Raised in Oregon as the middle child among sisters, Clayton grew up on job sites in his father’s construction business—learning to run heavy equipment long before he could legally drive. Sports became his second classroom, with football and wrestling opening the door to Utah Valley University, where he competed on a wrestling scholarship and earned his degree in Business Management.
At just 23, Clayton persuaded a bank to back his first real-estate deal, launching a career that has since spanned more than two decades. He weathered the industry’s toughest cycles, navigating both the 2008 financial crisis and the 2022 market correction—experiences that shaped a disciplined, data-driven investment approach. Along the way, he relocated to the Midwest, where he managed the acquisition and renovation of over 1,000 properties across multiple states.
In 2018, he completed a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, further solidifying his expertise in development, construction, and institutional-scale projects. Today, Clayton is a licensed Utah General Contractor and the owner of a successful commercial concrete company, specializing in large-scale flatwork, foundations, and infrastructure.
He remains actively focused on acquiring single-family, multifamily, and land development opportunities. Above all else, Clayton is most proud to be the father of an incredible 18-year-old daughter—and when he isn’t working on the next project, you’ll most likely find him wakeboarding behind his boat or throwing trips with friends on Lake Powell.
