It's the new year and what better way to commit to your health than by joining us for a fun-filled lunch at the January 2025 Plant Powered Peoria Potluck! Bring your favorite Whole Food Plant Based Oil Free dish to share with fellow nutrition enthusiasts at the FFC Life Together Center on Sheridan and University in Peoria! This locations gives us ample parking and seating and because January is always our biggest turnout of the year, we wanted to have a space so EVERYONE can join! Don't miss out on this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, try your hand at a new recipe and indulge in some tasty eats. See you there!

If you have any questions about whether or not an ingredient is considered compliant, simply text Patti at 309.397.6092. :) A few key items to remember: Absolutely no animal products, animal byproducts, honey, or processed foods (think impossible burgers, beyond burgers, gardein, etc). These potlucks are designed to keep the gold standard of nutrition at the forefront of our plates. And as always, don't forget to bring your own non alchoholic beverage. See you there!
