We're excited to try something new in the new year: for the first time we will have a semi-permanent home and our pitch parties will be EASY to find! We'll be at the St. Lawrence College Innovation Hub in January, February, and March and are hoping this fixed location will bring more people who are curious about what we do, how we do it, and want to learn more about some under-the-radar initiatives in Kingston.
Do you have a project, idea, or business that could make Kingston even more awesome? This is your chance to share it with the community, potentially win a $1,000 no-strings-attached grant, and connect with other innovators and community leaders. Come to the St. Lawrence College Innovation Hub in January, February, and March to attend and possibly pitch at these ‘Awesome’ pitch nights! We'll be on the second floor above the study room to the left of the main entrance (follow the signs)! There's plenty of free parking, there will be lots of chairs for folks to sit and enjoy the pitches, and we might even have some snacks and drinks.
Everyone is welcome, whether you're pitching or not, because it's a great way to learn about some initiatives in Kingston and meet some exciting people who make things happen. Start your new year off with AWESOME!
