Join us for the last sound bath of the year. We are offering a special holiday/solstice edition, complete with candle meditation. This bath will be hosted by Dusti Meeks & Trace Burt, & will allow you to delight in an hour of total calm, sound healing, chakra cleansing, slowing our minds, & letting go of all tension you may have built up over the holidays. The best part?
During the sound bath, you will:
- Chill out and reconnect to breathing
- Experience the gentle sound frequencies of crystal bowls
Our bodies are made up of water. Water reacts to vibrations. When you enjoy a sound bath, you are able to connect your body's unique frequence to the sound waves.
