Musical excellence, classical pieces in new arrangements, improvisation and creativity, original and modern, all define the approach and achievements of the Janoska Ensemble. The group is made up of three brothers from Bratislava; Ondrej and Roman Janoska on violin and František Janoska at the piano, together with their brother-in-law Julius Darvas on double-bass, along with a special participation of the Vienna Chamber Orchestra. The programme features Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, jazz-inspired works, and the ensemble’s own original compositions. Two nights of dynamic and exciting interpretation of classical music in a truly 21stcentury expression.
