Janelle Bradshaw, trumpet, is the founder of FLX MUSIC 247 and The Geneva Jazz Festival. With an intense love for the complexity and variety of jazz styles, she brings energy and joy to every note. A noted fan of soaring, melodic ballads, slow blues, and traditional Dixieland, her set list draws from but is not limited to the standards. It also includes some be-bop and soul selections. When not playing jazz, Janelle can be found in community bands, brass quintets, pit bands and churches in the Finger Lakes area. She is also a member of the Greater Finger Lakes Jazz Orchestra and programs music for The Memorial Day Festival in Waterloo, The CanalFest in Seneca Falls and for The City of Geneva Summer Lakefront Concert Series and others.
Rick Hoyt, aka Boone Ra, is a songwriter/guitarist/singer living in Geneva NY. His primary band is The Cool Club and Lipker Sisters, playing jazz, blues, boogie-woogie, ragtime and swing. You can find their page on Facebook, their music on youtube, spotify, etc. featuring many of Rick’s original songs sung by the charming and talented Lipker Sisters.
Doug Henrie, a genre spanning bassist, has played with everyone in the Finger Lakes and is a first call instrumentalist. His vast knowledge and skillful presentation open many doors. He has recorded with and can be found on stage with Rena Guinn and The Gentlemen, Maria Galliard Trio, Whorlwood, and many more.
