Join the Tulsa Urban Wilderness Coalition and The Nature Conservancy of Oklahoma for a special volunteer workday at the Pearl Jackson Crosstimbers Preserve on January 31. This is a unique opportunity to take part in hands-on conservation work while gaining early access to a preserve that is not yet open to the public.Volunteers will assist with trail building and firebreak cleanup, helping prepare the preserve for future public access and long-term stewardship. This work directly supports the health of the landscape and the experience of those who will one day explore it.
⚠️ Important: Advance registration with The Nature Conservancy of Oklahoma is required for this event. Because the preserve is not open to the public, directions and meeting details will only be shared with registered volunteers. Walk-ups cannot be accommodated.

🕘 Arrive between 8:45–9:00 AM
🕛 Wrap up by 12:00 PM
What to Bring / Wear
• Water bottle

• Long pants
• Long-sleeve shirt
• Sturdy shoes or boots
