Join me for a small group sound healing session in my Round Rock home!Bring a yoga mat and any other items that help you feel comfortable on the floor, such as a pillow or blanket or even an eye mask.
There will be seating if you are more comfortable off the floor.
We’ll start with a welcome and a few deep breaths as we settle in for a 30-minute sound bath.
Afterward, a variety of herbal teas will be available while you relax a bit more before you drive home.
The group session can accommodate up to eight people. The cost is $20 and can be paid with cash or Venmo either up front or when you arrive.
