MOUNT SNOW MOUNTAIN RESORT

Mount Snow ski area has terrain suitable for all ability types, from gentle beginner slopes to blue cruisers and challenging black diamonds. The resort is known for having great snow making coverage, excellent grooming operations, modern facilities and a comfortable lodge. Skiers and riders have access to 600 acres, serviced by 20 lifts. The Bluebird Express lift, Mount Snow’s six-person bubble lift, transports skiers and riders to the resort’s summit elevation of 3,600 feet. But it’s all downhill from there: the 1,700 feet of vertical drop sees an average annual snowfall of 156 inches. Base elevation is 1,900 feet. More on https://www.mountsnow.com/

LODGING

We will be staying in a big house, with 7 bedrooms, 10 beds (6 queen/double beds , 4 single beds), 1 sofa, 3 baths, a living room and a kitchen. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 7 mins walk to Mount Snow Resort.

Features: Water front, river view, garden view, fire pit, outdoor furniture, indoor wood-burning fireplace, private patio, BBQ grill, free WiFi, Big TV, kitchen, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker.

Essentials: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

LIFT TICKETS

* Get Epic Local Pass for $746 (www.epicpass.com), or Epic Day Pass $170 (2 Days, with "32 RESORTS" and "NO HOLIDAYS" options). The pass price will go up few times throughout the summer/fall.

TRIP PLAN

Depart Date: January 10th, 2025 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.

Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.

Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea/formerly Fresh 2 Go) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.

Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) ) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage (This is different from previous seasons as it is more convenient & safer to pick-up/drop-off indoor)

Return: Depart from Mount Snow at 3:30 pm on Sunday January 12th and expect to arrive at NJ at 9:00 pm, midtown NYC around 9:30 pm & Queens at 10:00 pm

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)

Early Birds: $299 per person for first 6 spots or before 9/15 whichever comes first. Regular: $339 per person for last 6 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen bed to own single bed.

Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation with a shared queen bed or own single bed with $30 upgrade) at a big house. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Lift tickets are not provided with this trip; everyone should get Epic Local Pass or Epic Pass.

REFUND POLICY:

* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 60 days in advance;

* 50% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance;

* No refund for cancellation or no show within 30 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
