Jameson Wharton's Football for the Cure 2026

Join us for our annual Football for the Cure and help us pull the flag on cancer through a day of flag football and fun.
About this Event

F ootball for the Cure was founded by Jameson Wharton in 2013 when he was 10 years old. He was inspired to start this charity after the loss of his Aunt Susie due to ovarian cancer with a goal of raising money to help with cancer research. The event mainly consists of 7v7 football games played by boys and girls ages 6 - 17 who donate at least $5.00. All donations go to support The American Cancer Society, Hope Lodge, and Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.
