James has been with us for the last few years and has become a valued member of our catering student community. He even represented Sunderland College at the Seafood of the Year competition in Grimsby, placing 3rd alongside his colleague 🏆🐟 — a fantastic achievement!
The menu is still under construction, but an exciting rough draft is now available 🇮🇹🍝🫓🍷. Please note that this may change slightly as James continues to experiment and perfect each dish — bringing his Italian-inspired vision to life! 🇮🇹🍅🌿
