Australia's largest tall ship the SV James Craig, will be sailing from its home port of Sydney to Hobart to participate in the 2025 Australian Wooden Boat Festival.

Passenger places available!

We have very limited places available for you to join us on this wonderful voyage as a passenger - you will have the chance to either join with the crew to help sail the ship or just relax and soak up the atmosphere of a working 19th century tall ship as we sail down the east coast of the mainland and across Bass Strait.

We plan to arrive in Hobart on the afternoon of Thursday 6 February. You will stay on board that night, and then after taking on more passengers on Friday morning, we go back out on the Derwent River to join the famous Parade of Sail - the opening event of the Australian Wooden Boat Festival.

Cancellations

Sydney Heritage Fleet is a not-for-profit organisation run almost entirely by volunteers, and we would ask that if you need to cancel your booking you tell us as soon as possible, to allow us to make other arrangements. If you need to cancel and a refund is appropriate, a $250 administration fee will apply. There will be no refund for cancellations later than 28 days before the event. You may wish to consider travel insurance.
