The Jambalaya Soul Slam is celebrating National Poetry Month by presenting this team poetry slam scrimmage. Teams of poets from across the region will travel to Durham, NC compete against the Bull City Slam Team. Powerful insights, resonate truths, compelling stories, and necessary messages will be shared on stage.
This is an opportunity to experience a team competition. Each of these teams will be preparing for competition this June at the 2026 Southern Fried Poetry Slam in Orlando, FL. Don’t miss this amazing showcase of performance poetry!
