Spécial Soirée Potluck - 2e Anniversaire !
Ça fait maintenant 2 ans que le jam se déroule au Studio Pierre-Paul Savoie, 5333 Casgrain, studio 716. Et on va fêter ça !
Les portes ouvriront exceptionnellement à 17h15 pour le Potluck ! De la nourriture sera servie, et on vous invite à apporter votre meilleur plat maison pour contribuer au festin ! Svp indiquer les ingrédients sur un bout de papier pour informer les participants ✨
On poursuivra ensuite avec un cercle d'ouverture , suivi d'un échauffement de 20 à 30 minutes inspiré d'approches somatiques et autres permettant une prise de contact avec sa propre corporalité avant d'aller à la rencontre des autres danseurs.
Par la suite, le jam se poursuit jusqu'à 20h30, et nous ferons alors un court cercle de fermeture. Nous aurons ensuite la possibilité de rester dans l'espace pour échanger entre nous. Les danseurs de tous niveaux sont les bienvenus.
Comme toujours, si vous êtes enrhumés, avez des symptômes grippaux ou de COVID, merci de demeurer chez vous !
Svp assurez vous d'arriver avant 19h30-20h00 car la porte principale de l'édifice pourrait être verrouillée.

Special 2nd Anniversary Potluck Evening!
It's been two full years that the jam is beeing held at Studio Pierre-Paul Savoie, 5333 Casgrain, studio 716. And we will celebrate!
Door will exceptionnally open at 17h15 for the Potluck! Food will be served, and you are invited to contribute with your best culinary art if you feel so called! Please write a list of ingredients to share with other people in the space ✨
We will then go on with the opening circle, followed by a 20 to 30 minute warm-up inspired by somatic and other approaches allowing contact with one's own corporeality before making contact with other dancers.
After this, the jam goes on until 8:30 p.m., and we will hold a short closing circle. We will have the possibility to stay after the jam to discuss and connect together. Dancers of all levels are welcome.
As always, if you have a cold, flu or COVID symptoms, please stay home!
Please arrive before 19h30-20h00 because the main entry door might be locked.
Emmanuel will be your host for this evening.
