Bench Warrants are now available for purchase in the social quarters. You can pay $20 to have someone (friend, family, coworker, enemy, the annoying guy next to you) locked up. Once they are behind bars they will have to pay bail, double the amount it took to get them there!!!
Commissary can also be used as collateral. Bring in canned goods or toiletries to bail yourself out.
Don't trust your friends.....you can pay 5x the amount to be put on the safe list.
