The First of many JAG Sacred Intuitive Art & Sound offerings for 2025!!You are invited to join us on Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a transformative mindfulness event guided by Gail Goodall.
This is Your time to EMBRACE your INTUITIVE CREATIVE ARTIST from within.
Have the FREEDOM to fully EXPRESS YOURSELF, free from judgments and expectations - applying through the wonderful RAINBOW RAY COLOURS world of acrylic paints and water.
This is a self taught Sacred Time and Space
The journey is gently guided by Gail through INTERVAL meditaiton while being integrated with sound healing, helping to clear mental clutter and promote a sense of calm and harmony - your INNER ARTIST is waiting to channel your vision into reality on your own canvas.
As we support each other in this sacred jouney we collectively help raise the intention for Unconditional Love - Peace - Harmony for SELF & ALL Beings
Gail Goodall is a Self taught Artist and shares her experience, wisdom and knowledge to help both individuals and the community.
Please bring a yoga mat, wear warm clothes, and bring socks, blankets, and your own cushions to ensure comfort and warmth throughout the practice.:
Please provide:
Yoga Mat
Blanket
Bring Spare clothing to paint in: eg overalls (existing for meditation and sound)
Journal (notes and rough sketches)
Paint Brushes & Jar/plate (for water & paint) (spare brushes available)
Canvas (of your choice or purchase existing canvas on arrival)
Acrylic Paint (prime colors available)
Make sure to bring water to stay hydrated, and you bring a food if you get hungry.
The session will promptly start at 9:00 AM, so please arrive TEN minutes early.
Contribution:
$50 each or 2 for $90
