Jacques Pépin 90/90 Celebration Dinner at the Artisans Palate

Join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Jacques Pépin with an evening of exceptional food, wine, and cheese.

Chef Christa Csoka of The Artisan’s Palate, together with classmates, Rachel Klebaur and Jose Espinosa of Orrman’s Cheese Shop are so honored to present a deeply personal tasting menu in tribute to their mentor and former Dean at the French Culinary Institute, Jacques Pépin.

From the Chefs: "As alumni of the French Culinary Institute, we are thrilled to honor Jacques Pépin by revisiting some of our cherished recipes from school and using them as inspiration for a sumptuous five-course food and wine pairing. Each course will incorporate exquisite cheeses from Orrman's Cheese Shop, seamlessly blended with our French culinary heritage to showcase the profound influence of Jacques Pépin on our culinary journeys. He was our Dean, our mentor , and our inspiration."

This exclusive dinner will feature:

- A welcome cocktail to begin the evening

- A five-course seated tasting menu

- Cheeses from Orrman’s Cheese Shop

- Thoughtfully curated wine pairings

In the spirit of Jacques Pépin’s devotion to seasonality and regional cuisine, the menu will highlight local North Carolina ingredients available in November, with final selections revealed closer to the event date to reflect what’s freshest and most inspiring.
