Jacksonville Autism Community: Teen (12-18) Sound-Bath

Join us for a unique Sound-Bath experience led by a talented autistic sound therapist, designed specifically for the autism community. This sensory-friendly session at Pablo Creek Regional Library uses calming tones and gentle vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes to create a peaceful environment.

The sound bath promotes relaxation, stress relief and anxiety reduction while fostering emotional balance and self-regulation. Participants will also experience enhanced sleep quality through the soothing effects of sound.

This event offers a safe, supportive space where teens can unwind and recharge, with caregivers welcome to attend. Whether seeking stress relief, better sleep, or simply a moment of calm, this session is a wonderful opportunity for teens to connect with their inner peace.
