Once again, we are proud to welcome back Jackson College's "Intro to Film" class. Every Monday for 13 weeks the public will be treated to some of the finest films ever made. The doors to the auditorium will open at 7 pm. The box office will be open at 6:30 pm. The cost is $5 per film. Present your Michigan Theatre Membership Card and receive a free medium popcorn and free medium soft drink.
ABOUT THE FILM: Jodie Foster stars as Clarice Starling, a top student at the FBI's training academy. Jack Crawford (Scott Glenn) wants Clarice to interview Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins), a brilliant psychiatrist who is also a violent psychopath, serving life behind bars for various acts of murder and cannibalism. Crawford believes that Lecter may have insight into a case and that Starling, as an attractive young woman, may be just the bait to draw him out.
I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti.
