“Neurodiversity in the Workplace: Strength, Strategy, and Inclusive Leadership”, where guests will learn practical strategies to support neurodivergent talent, including reducing invisible barriers, improving inclusive communication, and creating flexible, psychologically safe work environments using actionable frameworks and a strengths-based approach.

As both a special education leader and a person with lived experience, she brings a personal and systems-level perspective to conversations on neurodiversity and neurodivergence. She remains committed to living her passion in creating and supporting inclusive, responsive, neuro-accepting-environments for all individuals.
