Exciting News About The Jacked Javelin Camp!
Last year we had 2 full days of training, with over 40 participants, half of which came from out of state and 2 from out of the country!
We broke down javelin technique, approach technique, mobility, and running and jumping
This year we will be adding a weight room session each day to go over a javelin specific lifting routine, as well as a key note speaking event where you will be able to hear me & @javelin.anatomy go in depth about our training process and how to structure it
And on top of that we are adding the Jacked Javelin classic which will be held July 30th, the day before the camp starts!
