Building a new kind of steakhouse
The Aurox Meat Company brings carefully selected British beef: mature cattle, distinctive native breeds and full traceability, chosen for flavour above all else.
Jack brings the craft and commercial knowledge to make the most of it: whole animal butchery, portioning, ageing and cooking, with real respect for using every part of the animal.
Together, we’re exploring what happens when those two things meet.

The aim is to create a new expression of the modern steakhouse, with Aurox Beef at its heart and a menu of steaks, burgers and fire cooked dishes that is considered without being overcomplicated.
