Jack FrostFit Kids Competition

This kids competition is designed to be fun, accessible, and welcoming for athletes of all experience levels, especially those new to CrossFit.

Workouts focus on foundational movements that build confidence while still challenging experienced kids through age appropriate skills like wall walks, dumbbell snatches, rowing, wall balls, and box variations.

The goal is to create a positive first competition experience without complex or unfamiliar movements. Clear judging and efficient flow allow the event to run in approximately two hours.

This event is about movement, confidence, and having fun in the gym!
