Jack Daniel's Triple Mash Whiskey Tasting

Mashing together the worlds of whiskey and music Jack Daniel's is partnering with Melbourne’s Blue Diamond to introduce a new genre of drinking experience inspired by the nation’s growing love for country music.

The ‘Triple Mash Medley’ experience will see guests embark on a sensory journey matching the aromas and flavours of Jack Daniel's latest whiskey Triple Mash Bottled-In-Bond with a world-first ‘sonically seasoned’ country track.

Developed by the University of Oxford’s leading sensory academic Professor Charles Spence and award-winning musicians String Musicians Australia the track pairs classic country instrumentation of acoustic guitar fiddle and double bass with tasting notes of grassy herbs and peppery spice rich toasted oak and deep caramel and honeyed toasted granola to enhance flavours by over 10 per cent. 

The experience will be one of the very first hosted in the newly refurbished ‘Blue Diamond’ cocktail bar perched on the 15th floor and overlooking Melbourne's CBD making it a must for music and whiskey fans alike.
