Jack Creek Summer Camp

SFA Gardens invites children ages 7 to 11 to connect with nature through hands-on explorations along the trails in the SFA Experimental Forest. Campers will dive deeper into skills, teamwork and discovery as they increase their awareness and knowledge about their natural environment. A guided canoe trip and fishing expedition at Lake Naconiche are planned as well as rock climbing at SFA’s Student Recreation Center. Two camp sessions are offered both half-day from 8:00 A.M. to noon. The first session is from June 15-19 and the second session is from June 22-26. The cost is $135 per camper for one week and registration is limited to 24 campers per session. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available.
