Join us for the JA Trades & Transportation Camp at CVTC — proudly sponsored by Markquart Motors!
Students entering 9th grade through recently graduated seniors are invited to participate in this exciting, week‑long, half‑day immersive camp designed to explore hands-on careers in the trades and transportation industries.
Throughout the week, students will dive into a variety of interactive, hands-on activities, including:
🔧 HVAC
🔌 Gas & Utility
🛠️ Small Engine
🚗 Auto Body
🔩 Automotive Mechanics

Participants will gain real experience using tools, exploring equipment, and learning directly from industry professionals at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC).
As part of the camp experience, students will also enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Markquart Motors, where they’ll see firsthand the wide range of career opportunities in the transportation and automotive fields—from service and repair to sales, technology, customer service, and operations.
This camp is perfect for students who love working with their hands, enjoy problem-solving, or are curious about high-demand skilled trades and transportation careers.
Registration opens February 23rd at 8:00am- Spots will fill up quickly!
