JA BizTown Summer Camp is an extension of our popular elementary and middle school program. Designed for students entering grades 4-6, this unique one-week camp provides participants with a dynamic, hands-on simulation experience of running an entire town with storefronts! Our miniature town includes a City Hall, a bank, a television station, business and insurance offices, cafes, and retail shops.Imagine yourself pitching a business idea to a panel of expert judges, Shark Tank-style! You will wrap up your week with an opportunity to design, develop, and pitch a business idea while collaborating with other students in small groups. Join JA for a week of fun, learning, and growing with this innovative program that will inspire kids to plan for their future success in life and careers.
* Learn how money works and how to create your own budget.
* Learn what it's like to be a mayor of a town.
* Explore different careers and how to find a job you will love.
* Learn how to pitch your idea for a dream business.
Summer Camps are from 9:00 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a drop-off camp experience.
Registration is $265 per camper, partial scholarships and sibling discounts are available.
